Who can't love any Brontë romance? Agnes Grey is no exception.
Agnes's family fall on hard times forcing Agnes to take a governess position.
The first is a disaster with insurgent braats. The second with vain well-to-do girls. The elder of which means to break the heart of the man Agnes has fallen for. Will she succeed or will Mr Weston, the curate, love Agnes as much as she loves him?

The Tennant of Wildfell Hall is usurped in my affections by only one other Brontë novel and that is Wuthering Heights. How seldom a love story is told from the man's point of view and yet are we to claim that men do not love and therefore are not worthy of an opinion on the matter?
Gilbert loves a woman he can not marry. Helen has secrets enough for the both of them. The flight from her narcissistic, unfaithful, abusive husband is nothing short of miraculous, but lest he find her she must tell no one and as such, she and Gilbert can not be together. When the gossip mongers set their tongues a-wagging it puts Helen and her son Arthur's freedom even their safety at risk. In what universe can these two be free to love? Surely not in this...
