Death Takes a Holiday at Pemberley

Is 'Pride and Prejudice' meets 'Meet Joe Black'. This unlikely combination works fantastically well. Revisit the beloved Austen character Elizabeth Darcy (nee Bennett) as she undertakes her new life as the wife of  Fitzwilliam Darcy. Sadly, the honeymoon period is barely over when disaster strikes. Darcy falls from his horse causing Death to come to Pemberley. Death arrives in the form of a man and in exchange for a chance to have a human experience, gives Mr Darcy time to say farewell to his loved ones. Apart from Death, worse still, Lady Catherine de Bourgh arrives and tries to get Darcy to fall for one of her acquaintances. Darcy obviously doesn't want to die and wants to live life to the fullest after his near miss. Will he give in to temptation in his final hours?  Can Death refuse him when he says he doesn't want to go?
